If you’ve enjoyed your time at Standalone Farm and want to know more about other great things to do in Letchworth, then let us introduce you to our sister venues, which are also part of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation.
Broadway Cinema
Letchworth has its very own independent cinema, which has been welcoming film fans for more than 80 years.
The iconic Broadway Cinema with its stunning Art Deco architecture shows a range of genres from big blockbusters and classics, to the best world cinema and live streaming from the Royal Opera House, Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre.
On Saturdays and Sundays, there’s the popular Kids Club with tickets from just £1.75 per person.

Museum at One Garden City
This vibrant museum space explores the social history of Letchworth by showcasing items from the Garden City Collection – which looks after over 250,000 objects from books and bicycles to corsets and cinema seats.
It combines a variety of photographs, furniture, household objects, toys, textiles, smells and interactive exhibits to immerse visitors in the pioneering story of how the world’s first Garden City developed.

Find out moreLetchworth Town Centre
All our sister venues are based in the heart of the town centre, which means they are ideally located for a light bite or a more substantial eat before or after you enjoy a visit. From Spanish tapas and traditional Italian cuisine, to Turkish delights and mouth-watering vegan dishes, Letchworth’s food scene has something for everyone.
And just around the corner from Broadway Gallery is The Wynd. This area is often described as a ‘mini village’ within the town centre. Located off Leys Avenue, it offers the perfect mix of independent cafes, retailers, artists and creatives as well as its very own brewery! That’s not all; the Wynd has a community garden, maintained by an army of volunteers, where people can pick their own produce in spring and summer. Its relaxed vibe is a big hit with shoppers and foodies alike.
