Birthday Parties!

Standalone Farm is the perfect setting for your little farmers to party! With private use of our party barn, a dedicated event host to show you around our little farm and a children’s buffet- this will be a party to remember.

Every children’s party will include:

Access to the Farm for the day.

Private use of the party barn with Wi-Fi during the allotted time slot (10:30am setup for an 11:00am start, until 1:00pm OR 2:00pm setup for a 2:30pm start until 4:30pm)

One free adult for every paying child (additional adults pay £4.50 per person).

A staff member to show you around the farm

A party bag for each paying child.

A children’s hot or cold buffet.

Animal feed for your farmyard friends.

Children’s party packages are £22.95 per child or if the person booking holds a valid Family Annual Pass they receive the special discounted price £21.95 per child.

We require at least 10 paying children, and a maximum of 20 paying children.

Venue Hire

With our beautiful rustic barns and countryside setting Standalone Farm is the perfect place for your private event, meeting or party! 

Evening Hire 

Enjoy exclusive hire of our rustic barn for your party or event.  

Hire includes: 

Access from 5pm onwards for up to 6 hours of exclusive hire (1x hour setup, 4x hours event hire, 1x hour breakdown).

Up to 160 people standing or 100 people seated.

Dry hire – bring your own catering and drinks

One dedicated Standalone team member and one dedicated security staff.

Cost:

Additional hours – £150.00 + vat	Additional hours – £100.00 + vat

Tables & Chairs	£100.00
Additional Staff	£14.50 per hour per staff member

Meeting Hire 

Our party barn comes fully equipped with a full screen TV and WiFi perfect for your meeting or function. 

Half Day Hire Includes: 

4 hours exclusive hire (1x hour setup, 2x hours meeting hire, 1x hour breakdown). 

Up to 60 people theatre style or 40 people with table and chairs 

Access to WiFi, TV and internet 

Cost: 

Corporate hire	Charitable hire
£500.00 + vat	£400.00 + vat

 

Full Day Hire Includes: 

8 hours exclusive hire (1x hour setup, 6x hours meeting hire, 1x hour breakdown). 

Up to 60 people theatre style or 40 people with table and chairs 

Access to WiFi, TV and internet 

Cost: 

Corporate hire	Charitable hire
£1000.00 + vat	£800.00 + vat

Extras: 

Tea & Coffee station	£1.50 per head
Cake platter/sandwich platter	Prices available on request
