The Greenway Café

The Greenway Café welcomes you to stop by and enjoy some delicious treats. We have a selection of food including jacket potatoes, pizzas, toasties, sandwiches, cakes and snacks. Hot and cold drinks will be available and yummy ice creams. We have seating inside and there is a buggy park just outside the cafe.

We cater to a wide range of dietary requirements, so please speak to a staff member for more information.

The Snack Stop

If you are in a hurry then we also have a Snack Stop, conveniently located in near our playground area, that serves takeaway hot drinks and snacks on the go.

Please note our snack stop will only be open at peak times (weekends & school holidays) between 10am-2pm and dependent on weather.

Picnic Areas

If you have brought along a packed lunch or picnic you are welcome to tuck into your sandwiches on our benches by the play area. Our indoor picnic barn is also open for you to use in case of wet weather.

The Bakehouse

The BakeHouse is a family run Boutique Cake Cafe, nestled in The Wynd, in the prettiest corner of Letchworth Garden City. Owned and run by husband & wife team, Andy, Jem and their children.

We regularly get a batch of freshly baked goods and with everything from tiered chocolate cakes, to brownies, seasonal cakes and cookies, these indulgent treats are the best. Pop into our Greenway Café for daily specials- but when they’re gone, they’re gone!

Level Ground Co.

Level Ground Collective is an independent speciality coffee roastery based in Letchworth Garden City. LGco was founded by Harry & Paul, the owners of plant-based restaurant Vutie Beets.

We share their vision to create a happier, healthier, more sustainable community and the coffee they source is from suppliers that base their business on sustainable and ethical values. The coffee Level Ground Co. buy is purchased based on quality. This means farmers are paid premiums significantly higher than the Fair-Trade alternatives. The coffee is roasted weekly, tweaking each roast to bring out the best from every batch.

Garden City Greenway

Our Greenway Café is located along Letchworth’s Garden City Greenway. It is open to walkers and passersby. We have a dog-friendly area outside the front of our café with benches and water bowls. Find us between way markers 37 & 36, just off Wilbury Road.
