On the day of the event, tickets will be scanned either via a barcode on your phone or a printed copy of the ticket.
Every person attending will need to book a ticket online even if they are a free ticket such as an Annual Passholder or carer. This will help us manage the number of visitors on site. Please book tickets for everyone in your party. For example, a family of 4 will need to select 4 tickets.
If you are not an Annual Passholder when you purchase tickets to one of our events, you’ll also be able to access and enjoy the Standalone Farm for the day (as long as the event is taking place during our open season from February to November).
Unfortunately, our event tickets are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our events take place in our various barns, fields and other areas of the farm. Please see the full description under each event when booking.

The majority of our events will be 30 minutes with a photo opportunity at the end. However, some events may differ in duration so please refer to the ‘find out more’ section under each event.
