Standalone Farm, part of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, will store your data securely in our data systems. Please see the notice below on the ways that we store and process your data.

Your data when you buy a ticket

When you buy an admission ticket to the Farm, we require your payment details.

Your payment details are processed and held securely by our third party payment provider systems.

Your data will be deleted when it is no longer required.

Your data when you opt in to our mailing list

We will use your email contact details to send you emails about events and offers at our venues (and only the types of events that you’ve told us you’re interested in). We will also use your email address and your ticket-buying history to send you special offers for particular events.

Thank you if you’ve provided your postcode – we will anonymise and group the postcode data and then analyse where our customers are coming from.

Your details are stored securely in our systems, which include a third party marketing system that we use to send you emails. We will not share your data with any other organisation.

Your data will be deleted when it is no longer required.

You can withdraw your consent for us to email you at any time, by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the end of any of our emails. You can also unsubscribe by writing to us at: Marketing team, Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, Foundation House, Icknield Way, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1GD. If you unsubscribe, Standalone Farm will not contact you again and we will promptly delete your data from our system.

Please note that because other Heritage Foundation teams use different systems, if you wish to unsubscribe from other Heritage Foundation emails, you need to tell those teams separately. You will be able to click ‘unsubscribe’ in any email you receive.

You can also tell us about any and all lists you’d like to unsubscribe from by writing to the Data Protection Officer, Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, Foundation House, Icknield Way, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1GD.

Your data when you sign up for a Standalone Farm Annual Pass

When you sign up for an Annual Pass, we ask for contact details to allow us to process your membership. We ask for your family’s dates of birth to make sure we are charging you the correct fee for the duration of your membership (children under 2 go free). We monitor how often you visit the Farm to keep track of how our Annual Passes are used. Your data is stored in our membership system. It will not be shared with any other organisation.

Your data will be deleted when it is no longer required.

If you opt in to receiving emails about your Annual Pass, the same terms apply as for the general mailing list – see above.

Removing your data from our systems

If you would like to find out what data we hold on you and/or remove your data from our systems, you can contact us by emailing response@lgchf.com, or by writing to the Data Protection Officer, Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, Foundation House, Icknield Way, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1GD.
